Advocates Conference of India (ACI) is a registered Organization working for the welfare of Indian advocates and law students. The organization works for the following purposes in the country –

Protection of Advocates' Rights, Protection of Advocates, Conventions for Advocates, Training for Advocates, Toll-Free Helpline for Advocates, Felicitation Ceremony for Excellent Advocates, Internship for Law Students, Court Proceedings, Special scholarship for law students, training for law students, solving problems through technology etc.

The organization has been established with the aim of making Indian youth aware about the legal profession, making them successful lawyers and making them loyal towards their profession. In the progress and development of any nation, it is very important to have good law and its transparency and impartiality. In the times to come, the trust of common citizens on lawyers and courts should be strengthened and a fair and transparent justice system should be established in the country. For this, the organization is trying to reach out to every lawyer and law student of the country so that apart from the legal profession, they also know their role and contribution in nation building.

The official website of the organization is WWW.ACIINDIA.ORG through which any Indian advocate or law student can register himself. Key positions in the institution have been reserved for senior advocates, retired judges and law scholars so that Indian advocates and law students can seek guidance from them from time to time.

At present, it has become extremely necessary for the advocates and law students of the country to come together on one platform to protect themselves from the ill-treatment of advocates, lethal attacks, conspiracies that hurt the self-respect of advocates, etc. Advocates Conference of India (ACI) is working towards this mission and this is our first and last objective. We not only hope but have full confidence that very soon we will create history by bringing the country's lawyers and law students together on one platform. The hard work put in by all you lawyers and law students in this mission will create a new dimension to which we all will be witness.

To make citizens aware of their rights by organizing awareness camps related to legal services authorities act 1987 in school / college / university / jail / gram panchayat / nagar panchayat / anganwadi / court premises / bank premises etc.
To cooperate and encourage non-governmental organizations and educational institutions working in the field of legal services and advocacy.
To build and operate educational institutions in the field of legal services.
To work closely with the government and the legal services authorities for the protection of the legal services authorities act 1987.
To work closely with the government and the legal services authorities for the protection of the advocates.
After receiving a written complaint on issues like violation of human rights / legal rights with the help of the following – court / commissions to provide justice to the victim like – national human rights commission / state human rights commission / national commission for women / state commission for women / national commission for protection of child rights / state commission for protection of child rights / national commission for protection of child rights / national scheduled caste commission / state scheduled caste-tribal commission / central government / state government / legal service authority / district administration / police administration and other constitutional bodies.
In case of corruption / indiscipline / violation of human rights / treason by government employees, filing petition in the court or sending it to the concerned departments for cognizance or registering first information report (fir) in the matter.
To work closely with the central government / state government and local administration for the protection and promotion of the legal services authorities act 1987.
To work for the protection and promotion of fundamental rights (right to equality, right to freedom, right against exploitation, right to freedom of religion, culture and education, right to property and constitutional remedies) given by the constitution of india.
Working for the protection and promotion of the universal declaration of human rights (udhr) in the year of 1948 by united nation organisation (uno).
To organize workshops, seminars and awareness programs on legal services authorities act 1987.
To work together with the administration to control corruption for a corruption free india.
To protect the child rights protection act and work for prevention of child marriage, child violence, child labour and child trafficking.
To work for publicity and awareness of right to information (rti) act 2005 and indian evidence act 1872.
Getting information through rti act 2005 / indian evidence act 1872 and taking action against the corrupt though court or police station.
Fight for the rights of advocates, in a constitutional way by creating various cells / units.
To run awareness campaign related to cyber crime prevention and to cooperate with the administration for prevention.
To help the administration to prevent misuse of government posts / government machinery / government land.
To work for the rights of the prisoners and to provide them legal aid and guidance.
To cooperate with the police administration regarding crime control and mutual harmony, goodwill and peace.
Establishment of public grievance redressal centre, crime and corruption investigation, crime investigation and research service, security and intelligence service, media information, education and law, civil defense, journalism and journalist defense, right to information, human rights, child rights, detective services and helping the administration.
To promote various schemes run by the government and to benefit the citizens.
To cooperate and work together in various programs by the units of the district / state / central.
To settle the cases by organizing lok adalats with district legal services authority of india & counseling center.

To honor the outstanding talents (advocate) of the society from time to time and provide them platforms.
Helping the administration by running an awareness campaign for serious issues like advocates trafficking / murder etc.
To run an awareness campaign to curb discrimination on the basis of caste, class, community, race, sex, color etc.
To organize awareness camps on evil practices like dowry / bonded labor / sati pratha / hypocrisy etc. And work to stop such incidents through the concerned government institutions and courts.
Organizing camps like medical camps, blood donation camps, eye camps etc.
To cooperate with the administration at the time of need and disaster.
Establishment and operation of old age home, health center, nari shakti kendra, child improvement center and hospital.
To fulfill its objectives, the organization will be able to publish books, publish magazines, publish newspapers, operate news channels, etc. On time to time.
To spend for the fulfillment of the objectives of the organization by receiving donations from membership, csr fund, government grants and other donors.
To undertake any other work or assignment this may be for the general welfare of the people.
All the activities shall be non-profitable and shall be done on “no profit- no loss” basis.

TWO APPS ARE GOING TO LAUNCH IN UPCOMING CONFERENCE –

“VIDHIK SAHAYATA” CLIENT APP

All Indian citizens can register themselves in the “VIDHIK SAHAYATA” app.
The app is available on the VIDHIK SAHAYATA website www.vidhiksahayata.com, App Store and Play Store.
In the app, you can search for the best advocate for you by Advocate Name, Advocate ID, City, Court Name, Category, Location etc.
Clients can book their appointments as per the availability of the advocate whose message and notification in the app go to both the client and the advocate.
Advocates and clients can reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 30 minutes before the appointment time whose message and notification in the app goes to both the client and the advocate.
In case of appointment cancellation, the client is refunded his fee.
The appointment time is 60 minutes in which the client and advocate can make audio-video calls and chat with each other more than once.
The discussions and chats done by the advocate and the client are stored on the company’s server.
The advocate is obliged to provide correct, clear and satisfactory information to the client and to treat the client respectfully.
After the appointment, the company asks the client about the rating and quality of the appointment. If the client is not satisfied with the appointment, then the appointment is reviewed by the company.
If the information provided to the client is found to be confusing or misleading, the advocate may be blocked by the company and the appointment fees may be refunded to the client.
After completing 100+ quality appointments, the advocate is eligible for BlueTick and can be awarded BlueTick, which increases the client's trust in the advocate.
The company guarantees to the client that the lawyers with whom he is booking an appointment He is verified by the company, will provide correct and satisfactory information to the client, will treat the client with respect and provide excellent guidance to solve his problem, If, this does not happen then the client will be refunded his fees.
The company assures Indian citizens to respectfully book an appointment with any category of advocate in any court in India through the “VIDHIK SAHAYATA” mobile app while sitting at their home. The company is completely responsible for this. If this does not happen then the company is obliged to refund the client's fees.
Any Indian citizen can get free legal advice from lawyers whose appointment is free.
After successful appointment the role of the company ceases to exist. Assigning an advocate for a case or case proceedings etc. is at the discretion of the client and the company has no role in it.
The company trains its lawyers and employees on how to provide satisfactory information to the clients in an easy manner and in their own language. We hope that the “VIDHIK SAHAYATA” app will bring a huge change in the lives of Indian citizens, through which any Indian citizen can make his life easier by choosing the best lawyer for himself while sitting at home and getting legal advice.

VIDHIK SAHAYATA ADVOCATE

All Indian Advocates can register themselves in the “VIDHIK SAHAUAYA ADVOCATE” App.
The app is available on the VIDHIK SAHAYATA website www.vidhiksahayata.com, App Store and Play Store.
Enter the complete information correctly in the Advocate App like – Name, Location, Court Name, Practice experience, Category, Appointment time etc. Clients will be able to search the advocate only on the basis of the above information.
Clients can search for advocates on the basis of location, city, category, experience, court etc.
When a client books an Appointment, the advocate receives a message alert and a notification in the “VIDHIK SAHAYATA ADVOCATE” app.
Once the appointment is confirmed by the advocate, the client receives a message alert and a notification in the “VIDHIK SAHAYATA” mobile app.
Both the advocate and the client can reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
The duration of the appointment is 60 minutes. During this period, the client and the advocate can make audio-video calls and chat multiple times.
The discussions and chats done by the advocate and the client are stored on the company's server.
The advocate is obliged to provide correct, clear and satisfactory information to the client and to treat the client respectfully.
After appointment the company asks the client about the rating and quality of the appointment. If the client is not satisfied with the appointment, then the appointment is reviewed by the company.
If the information provided to the client is found to be confusing or misleading, the advocate may be blocked by the company and the appointment fees may be refunded to the client.
Advocates can decide their appointment fees as per their choice, in which 10% is charged by the company and the remaining 90% is transferred to the advocate's account.
New lawyers or lawyers who want to provide free legal advice can enter their appointment fee as 0.
If advocates use GST, then enter the correct GST information in the app so that you can claim your GST.
After completing 100+ quality appointments, the advocate is eligible for a Blue Tick and can be awarded a Blue Tick, which increases the client's trust in the advocate.
The Company guarantees to the Client that the Advocates with whom he is booking an appointment are verified by the Company, will provide correct and satisfactory information to the Client, will treat the Client with respect and will provide excellent guidance to resolve the Client's problem. If this does not happen then the client will be refunded his fees.
The company assures the citizens that they can respectfully make an appointment with any category of advocate in any court in India through the “VIDHIK SAHAYATA” mobile app while sitting at their homes. The company is completely responsible for this. If this does not happen then the company is obliged to refund the client's fees.
Any Indian citizen can get free legal advice from lawyers whose appointment is free.
This app will also prove to be a boon for those advocates who are disabled or ill or are unable to practice in court due to any reason.
We hope that the “VIDHIK SAHAYATA ADVOCATE” app will bring a huge change in the lives of Indian advocates and will be helpful in providing employment and fame to the advocates, for which the company will also train the advocates from time to time.
